I have a great example for number 7
So my uncle was a security guard at a hospital. A doctor came up to him and told him, "You will never be able to do what I do."
On the spot my uncle quit his job, went back to school, got a degree, came back and shoved it in the guys face as a new doctor.

I love the concept of beauty because almost everyone sees it differently. There is someone out there for everyone. Someone who can see your beauty. And it doesn't even have to be physical attractiveness.

I'm not gonna lie, I've struggled to like myself, and have continued to, but I've slowly, over time, learned a few of these things. It takes time; it's not as easy and hearing these things and then you're happy for the rest of your life. Everyone will have bad days. But, remembering these seven things (or the seven things that aren't true) will definitely make you happy. Even my parents don't realize these sometimes, and they should. I'm glad I brought the whole "spend time for yourself and relax" thing to my dad, because he's been so stressed lately. After taking some time for himself though, he's been a lot less grumpy and a lot happier.
It's a step-by-step process learning to love oneself. But this video basically sums up what NOT to say to yourself (i.e. "I'm ugly" and "I'm useless" and "I don't fit in"), and what to ACTUALLY say and do to and for yourself. And lastly, a little thing I learned, which has even helped me, is every day, when you wake up, smile at yourself in the mirror. It'll gradually raise your mood. And don't listen to what others negatively say about your looks -- all those names, all those critics, are from one person. Only one, out of BILLIONS of people. And out of those billions... why should you change for one person, if you like what you're wearing / how you look? You shouldn't. But yeah. I'll get off my soapbox. Great video, true message.

I really like it but can you do one about living as a Christian? There are a lot of lies Christians believe whether its about themselves, how God sees them, insecurities regarding what they should or should not enjoy, or if they are really doing God's will. I know there's a lot of confusion there. Just an idea :)

I just started watching your channel and I enjoy your videos. This one included. You see, I've been recently suffering from depression (well actually I didn't know about it till recently), something I haven't really told anyone yet, and it's affecting my student life. I haven't been to class in nearly two weeks and I can't believe I'm confessing on YouTube. I don't usually comment on YouTube. Anyways, your video brought tears to my eyes.
