Watching you review these things tells me nothing about the products because you sound f#%king INCREDIBLE playing thru anything. I could have you play thru our hammered 1986 Crate G-212 and you'd still come across like a master.

I don’t know if this is a faithful re-creation or not and I have never played an actual Dumble. However, I have spent 10 years with a 100w Ceriatone OTS HRM with several mods. In my experience, you just can’t open these amps out of the box and get to know them well enough to get inspiring sounds. For me, I had to spend a good bit of time getting to know the thing. I’m still getting to know it 10 years later. just the loop and interface options can be something if you are used to pushing combos with pedals. Parallel Vs series, when and why to trim the return, etc. Then the amp itself is another nut to crack. The first gain stage needs to be cooking a bit before the amp starts to feel right under your fingers. There’s so much to these amps/circuits that in my opinion you can’t just drop them in the lap of a player who’s not familiar with them and expect it to sing. That was not my experience with my Ceriatone HRM clone anyway.

Great Googly Moogly SO tired of the ‘Dumble Debates’.. 98 percent of us git-tar players will never play through one of those..and WHO CARES?! (obviously too many) is it YOUR kind of tone? Then it doesn’t matter who makes a ‘better’ Dumble clone because if you’ve never played one then there is nothing to reference it to! Michael as always you present a comprehensive and honest snapshot of what it sounds like when YOU play through it..everybody else will sound like themselves as well..if you like it buy if you don’t then scroll on! Music is fun. Play on people

There is obviously a certain Midrange in those Amps that I'm sure you could find with graphic, and of course the high quality components he used. And there is something about using FET's along with tubes that gives you a touch sensitivity! I love my Lion pedal. Would love to try this after seeing your demo.

Incredible playing and great tones. I don't want to own anything that requires my phone/an app to get full functionality, but I'm sure this will be a fan favorite.
