ILLUMINATE Retreat - Summer Solstice - Mallorca June 2023

Welcome to our Summer Solstice Retreat, a three day reset back to your Elemental Self. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to connect with mother nature and deepen your practice while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca.

As the Summer Solstice approaches, we’ll prepare for the longest day of the year with a special ceremony and meditation, honouring the abundance and vitality of the sun. In the evenings, we’ll explore the night sky through star gazing sessions, learning about the constellations and their astrological significance.

Throughout the retreat, you will be guided in Qi Gong practices, a gentle form of exercise that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness, promoting balance and vitality. You will learn about your circadian rhythms and how to harness your vital life force by participating in breathwork, sound meditation and toning sessions, a powerful practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and healing.
