As good as Frankel? Maybe, but more to the point, is he as good as Nijinsky, Vaguely Noble, Brigadier Gerrard, Shergar etc, etc??

We can say with certainty that Frankel is a much better horse than City of Troy because we all have the benefit of hindsight. Right now he looks every bit as good as Frankel, but he’s got to do it again next year & impressively which won’t be easy. Comparisons are worthless right now.

Many have won this race in a faster time than Frankel, and faster than City of Troy. When Troy has won 14 then we can call him as great as Frankel.

I never rated Frankel thought he didn’t reach my top 10 so I hope that this guy is better.
