In this video, I'm sharing my thoughts on Panatta gym machines. I think they're a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Instead, I suggest you use free weights to build muscle and improve athletic performance.

If you're looking for a good gym, I recommend you avoid Panatta gym machines and as free weights are a much better alternative that builds muscle improves athletic performance. These machines are a complete waste of time and money, and you'll be much better off spending your money elsewhere! After watching this video, you will know how to build muscle the right way to get that aesthetic physique that fits your bodybuilding goals.

Bodybuilders aren't training for athleticism. They are training to get huge, and they get huge. They train on their own terms and even though to some it may not be attractive or preferred...we should all respect their hard work and dedication to the sport

The funny thing is, a barbell and a dumbbell are designed for you to lift maximum weight with symmetrical balance as well. The irony of this is that everything in the gym is designed to leverage an advantage. Machines just allow you to achieve things that you can’t with free weights and vice versa. You want your all important “benefit” of stabilization? Go lift physical objects. It doesn’t secretly hide in how you decide to lift weights at the gym. Your muscles don’t understand such things. They respond and adapt to stress.

I do agree with him in that you can use machines for some things because the way gravity works it won't put as much strain on the muscles in some part of the movement rather than others but when it comes to things that are just going up and down I still resort to freeweights. Remember, you don't have to engage your core in EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE YOU DO! Everyone has different goals they are trying to meet and if that means using machines for some exercises so be it.

I had an epiphany at the gym the other to this effect. Machines are primarily for rehabilitation and free weights are for training.

If you think about it, free weights, yes gives more athletic performance, however not every free weight exercise will target all muscles, hense the machines targeting a particular muscle better than some free weights
