Your viewers saw "the Real McCoy" this time! Lots of nasty, knotted, crooked, dried up, tough stuff. Very genuine video. ~One of a kind, uneditted.

Even some of the straight stuff was kinda petrified and hard. I was expecting to see some dinosaur bones in there! All from just a 25 HP engine. If the 405 performed well in the worst conditions, it would really be outstanding with normal logs.

You delivered another good one!

Very impressive wood processor. Some of the best looking finished firewood I have ever seen made by an automated processor. The design of the 8-way splitting knife is just remarkable and produces very uniform firewood splits. Thanks Joe for the real-time demonstration! Just a quick question. Could the splitting debris that you are sorting out be sent through your chipper to make your smoker chip products? The material is already broken down to small pieces and should feed through your chipper without any problem. Just a thought. Thanks again for the great video!

Great job Joe! I like the 405. I’ve looked at the large Easternmade and it might push wood through faster but it makes mush out of a lot of wood. You made the right choice…

The one fella took the words right out of my mouth and thought. Get a large carport enclosure for your machine. Oakville Ontario Canadian fan of yours.

Joe, I added up the retail cost on your processor setup without the Perfect-split/clean options. It is not cheap. A great video would be "how to build up your business to need equipment like this". So many people think they have to get a pricey setup like yours when in reality they only need a couple of chainsaws and a log splitter to get started. But then what is a reasonable route to take for cost when stepping up you game into the processor world? That is the big question. Personally I have no problem with someone using a small tractor that can only lift a 1000 pound log at most and using a $5000 processor off of Alibaba. Is all about the process, or "the game" if you will, on how to get to the end goal of a processor setup like you have. I really appreciate your recent videos on making bbq chips and the "value added" firewood. I did the math and the income potential per truckload of firewood logs is staggering when it comes to bbq chips.

Hi Joe - it's Big Rodders in Ireland. There's no doubt about it - you are the earthly manifestation of Captain Kirk, fully in charge of your USS Starship Japa Enterprise as you expertly handle your craft to produce perfect firewood that even a Martian would marvel at!

What a good video just a large amount of logs split in 24 minutes, very good for a 1 man operation, no logs jamming up on the 8 way wedge. First class job.

Hey Joe great video. Wood coming through the 8-way reminds me of a blooming onion, so can we call it blooming firewood lol
Have a great 👍 day

Joe, you’ve probably already thought of this but another side benefit all the loose tree bark and splinters would make some nice mulch for the ye o’l flower beds

The 405 with the 8 way wedge did some nice splits on the oak and Maple,

Joe, that is a impressive machine...That last Hard, Old, White Oak log being pushed through the splitter, very thing to do...anything less in a machine would have a very hard time doing that.
