You forget that Naruto lost that main character plot armour back in 2017 at the end of Naruto Shippuden. His trial for plot armour ended 5 years ago

I actually have a doubt it is stated in anime tht baryon mode works on natural energy of your enemy, so while fighting isshiki naruto only took a little natural energy from him cause he was weak(30% power) so if isshiki prime fights naruto wouldn't naruto get more powerful by taking more natural energy. Kurama actually stated that naruto’s strength in baryon mode is greater than Isshiki. In baryon mode, naruto didn’t had that much stamina but his speed and strength far surpassed isshiki. Ig only if naruto had more stamina, baryon mode naruto would easily win against isshiki.
