I mean you know honesty in a zombie apocalypse why in the world would you ever want to get close to the flesh-eaters when you can just give them an arrow or crossbow bolt to the brain, work smarter not harder as they say.

I remember that early in the games development the crossbow basically one shot every single enemy. It was hilarious

I mean - you never know that zombies can intercept and bite your hand while you're trying to hit them up close

I just got through binging the last maybe.. 1/3 of the game last night and holy shit is it something else. I never thought I'd get so emotional over a story.

The absence of guns is the main reason I haven't bought Dying Light 2.

I only melee at night while doing a chase so I can farm trophies and legends exp

Hunting with close range weapon is easily eating weapon durability. Getting good weapon is troublesome, I don't want to lose it fast
