Thanks for sharing such nice video. And i noticed, in the video it says O2 is pulled out from the CO2, but as i know O2 actually comes from the water which happens in the light reaction instead.

Yes the oxygen comes from the water, and carbohydrate formula is more complex than HCOH - but we need to keep things simple. To understand the overall process it matters not that the oxygen comes from the water, but it does matter that the energy is stored in the fuel/oxygen system, and is transferred only when the weakly bonded, reactive, oxygen molecule re-joins the carbohydrate during aerobic respiration.

Plants use the sunlight to break water into hydrogen and oxygen. It does NOT use the light to remove the oxygen from the carbon dioxide! The oxygen in carbon dioxide is used to create glucose which also has oxygen atoms in its structure.
