Cuando la nota de una canción (por ejemplo Do mayor) es tocada en la base debería darnos una sensación de satisfacción, pero en 1:00 cuando sucede eso no se da porque esa nota está entre dos notas que la cubren, generando esa sensación de misterio. Never heard sweater weather but it is definitely just a 1625 in Eb major. It would be very weird to say it is in G minor or Bb major. It's melody is on the Eb scale and G to Bb creates a very standard 251 resolution which is a perfect cadence. Very standard western song to be honest. The start of the clip sound kind of G minory and this isn't an exact science though so I can't say she is definitively wrong.
