So happy you overcame your fear of pressure canning green beans. The newer pressure canner are safe. Try an electric pressure canner and you will love it! They’re my family’s favorite vegetable to have in the winter.

Why don’t you just boil the jars in a pot on the stove instead of using a pressure cooker? Those things scare the crap out of me!
