Hey Shravan,

From last 5 years I am working as a MSSQL developer. I have some experience in Azure DevOps too. I want to switch from this role to PM role.

I am very good at SQL.

I have also worked on requirement gathering from clients and preparing a Source to target mapping documents.

I know how to create user stories and tickets for development in Azure DevOps( Some Scrum Experience)

Though I don’t have much experience on the business side but I have consulted one of my friend for his digital marketing company. From getting clients, preparing presentations and how the work needs to be delivered.

Can you please suggest me the best way to transition?

I was planning to do a CSPO certification. I was not sure about it so thought of getting expert advice from you
