Product is great and video is well made. I appreciate how you started your video: no intro, no subscribe bs! First thing we saw was a great demo of the end result. Thank you!

I love videos like this... no BS intro and endless talking...just straight to the building.. creative people who are builders and mechanical, don’t need anything but straight to the point. Thank you

I have zero need for a wire wrapping machine but this video was absolutely great. Lots of DIY information packed in a short 8 minute video. Thank you for sharing with us.

I seldom comment on these DIY videos, but I was compelled to drop in and say that the drive system for this device is a stroke of genius. I can see countless uses for it in manufacturing. Well done.

Every once in awhile, YT pitches this to me for a rewatch and I always do, as someone who's wrapped their fair share of wiring harnesses, this is super satisfying.

That drive "mechanism" is genius for it's simplicity. I also love your method for cutting out circles with a router, again simple but very effective. The only thing that would improve on an already excellent idea is a way of getting a bit more tension on the tape, winding the bundle more tightly.

THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
I used to make harnesses for Locomotives and I used Tyraps to hold the harnesses together. I would have LOVED to have one of these. It would have made the cabinets look a lot better. They STILL looked nice, but with "trees" of the same color wire with branches of wire coming off, all the loops balanced, & tied together with Tyraps. It was beauty when you got done with it.

Nobody is commenting on the awesome fact you've made your own drill press, router, and table saw all from first principles. Incredible stuff

Уважаемый мастер - это потрясающе!
Очень понравилась работа с фрезером и линейкой- направляющей.
Не знал, что можно так круги вырезать.
👍👍👍

Excellent video, I love that you did a demo first with no introduction, annoying music or follow/like/subscribe mentions. Amazing tool too.

I don't even need a wire wrapping machine, but this build was so clean and no nonsense, I watched the whole thing! Beautiful!

That DIY setup works better than some of the industrial ones I have seen at factories. Also, it looks a lot safer.

The only one thing i would add is a support tables (or at least one on the right side) so you can keep your hand more steady while it spins around. Great job! I like it.

Functional, portable and good looking. You checked all the boxes with this one. Well done. New sub here.

Suggestion: If you add a guide to centre the cable firmly and increase the rotational friction on the tape holder, you can use this to wrap cables tightly.

Oh yeah, I'm definitely going to be making a 3D printable version of this thing. That's freaking awesome!

It would be great if you added a parts list! I can use this machine to help me make cotton covered wires, for making old fashioned crystal receivers.

Very good!! A component list would be a wonderful addition.

Okay, I manage a prototype harness shop and am a wiring harness nerd, and now I have to build one of these. Great work.
