Some memories form a recent trip I did to Japan. I am absolutely in love with this country and its people. I hope this video does justice to it, and hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.

As always, if you have any questions let me know and I'll respond to you.

It's incredible how you have your own visual style to all of your films yet they evolve with each one in so many ways

This channel consistently has some of the best cinematography on the platform. You, my friend, are an amazing filmmaker and artist to boot. You are an inspiration to me, and many others.

2:46-3:20 was NOT prepared for how smooth that transition into chaos and the most gorgeous moving photos i was about to be hit with😭💗

Why I find myself coming back every video is for little details like around 2:44 before the pacing of the video changes, the sound of the cicadas? (not sure what it was really) increased in tempo building up to the climax. Then the transition was just the icing on the cake

Beautiful gawx
The train transition was so good
And the colours the music
Watching your videos feel like watching a multimillion dollar movie
Also the way you film simplest things and make them so good make them tell a story
That's beautiful

Gawx, it's honestly perplexing how you can create such amazing and inspiring videos. The editing and colour grading of the incredible videography and photography adds so much life to an already awesome video. Great work as always, Gawx!

Who agrees that the train transition is one of the best and smoothest transitions ever in the world of cinema?

1:45 felt like time passing by and then the old man came. Whether or not it was intentional you made me dive deeper into a experience because of you. Thank you. How do you edit your sound design? Do you record the sound on a mic and equalize it, or find sounds on (site) to uprgade the spectrum of sound reality?

This one resurfaced so much nostalgia for me. I had the great blessing of living in Japan for six years. I still miss that beautiful land and its wonderful people every single day. Thank you for this.

2 different channels, and 2 different styles of filmmaking, one is active and full of movement shots, and this one is calm and has lots of steady shots. I love them both.
