you can use poison cloud, just need to do the spell 2 times and he's dead, its a lot easier than this

same thing happened to me, i shot him then waited for him and after like 10 seconds realized he's dead even though he had enough health for like 3 more arrows

Just use the poison cloud.. much easier!
