I think what makes vlogs like this so valuable compared to scripted videos is that it shows a more natural and accurate view of what the writing process can be and look like. There are going to be good days and there are going to be bad days, days where you have a ton of inspiration and days where you don't but the important part is to be persistent. I think it can be encouraging to see successful published authors go through those same phases from time to time as us amateurs do and how they deal with it and handle those creative obstacles.

My hatred for acotar (the first books, later ones are fine) is what has inspired a nearly Tolkien sized world I built with multiple languages, so much lore, unique plants and species of fae, and intertwining earth lore with fae creatures around the world. It’s so weird what inspires our favorite works

I am still two chapters short, but I will keep writing into the middle of the night rn. Still, I wrote 26k words in thirteen continous days, since I wasn't able to start NaNoWriMo on time. That's a feat for me. Thank you for being an inspiration to start this journey of mine.

NOW I PLEAD:: the next time you (struggle—Have a block—- feel behind, can’t get your brain right—-) to vlog that and walk us thru how you get thru it!!
I love how motivated you are and how smoothly this flow seems to have come, it can be very motivating to see you completing so much! BUT it can also make me feel like I’m failing by comparison, and I can’t be the only one who feels that!
I love love love all your videos on craft, and again I want to reiterate that I’m so proud and happy for you !!
But this video is mostly an extended series of successes and completions and I have to believe that every month isn’t like this for you, (or maybe it is? — but it’s not for me!) THAT is what I want to see how you make it thru.

I finished an 84k fantasy novel in 26 days this month! I had never imagined this was possible. I used a lot of the recommendations in your videos on outlining and also writing dialogue and characters, so thanks so much for your amazing videos!

I've NEVER seen a writer tackle their own book before, like in this video. waoo!!
