Just watched it and its traumatizing. Dont go into it without some prep. And i have watched some really disturbing films through the years. It is beautiful as a piece of film making art. This one really sickens me to my core. But it is very effective and emma stone deserves every piece of award coming her way for this particular performance. And set designers, costumes, make up... my God. If you guys done this in a different film or fantasy it would have been so so beautiful.

Emma Stone killed it in this film but it is NOT for everyone. The level of sex and nudity (both male and female) was pretty extreme for a mainstream Hollywood release. It was a little too much IMHO.

The idea of Bella "developing fast" sounds the same as "she was mature for her age" "she was a mature girl" kind of arguments pedos say. Just because she was getting a carrer at the end doesn't mean her brain is fully developed into an adult. There are plenty of brilliant kids who are geniuses but that doesnt equal maturity. I havent seen the movie nor will see it but read the plot and summary and was disgusted. And people defend it. Like there is a scene where she "voluntarily" has sex and people defend it. She was groomed and sexually assaulted from the beginning, and thats the only path she knew but people see the child as Emma Stone and I guesss they forget it's still a child by the movie's premise. Its just pedophilia poorly diaguised as dark comedy and a coming of age movie.
