Buyang 110cc China Atv - Complete Tune-Up

Our friend Floyd from TireTrackers got this little 110cc atv for his kid & it didn't run.

We did a carburetor clean, battery install & a full inspection to make sure it works good for the kid!

It's a Buyang Atv from China, with a Loncin 110cc engine.

Picked up a Buyang 125cc at a yard sale for $90 and had to put it back together, wiring was bad, ignition broken, push button start broken. Newb here and had never ridden a 4 wheeler. Carb was replaced on mine as was the clutch so I wanted to check out a video on them that was inclusive of some of the reasons why it wouldn’t run, good job on this one it was very informative.

I just got one for my son. I drove it first and I revved it up and I didn't hear it shift just high rpm. Any advice?

The choke the cable runs down to a black plastic circle that rotates when the choke is pulled what is that part called? Mine snapped and my choke has to be done manually

The oil that's supposed to be used is 10-40 very twin oil because they have a wet clutch. If you live in a hot climate then locus 20-50 v twin oil is recommended. China has different specs on oil then the US and Canada. The majority of oil in China is a wet clutch or v twin oil.
