Man that is beautiful, but no. Mainly because of the blade length. I do carry a tanto blade but it's a folder with a 3 inch blade. But it looks very decorative.

Handle is too short for most hands. Also the wire used would slice your hand up. I would recommend both increasing the size of the handle by 1-2 inches as well as using some gray strips of cloth instead of the wire.

Why I said strips of cloth instead of string? It’s so that you have more grip + comfort than with string.

I don't know whether I'd carry this one, but I love the look. I certainly wouldn't carry that one if I thought I might be getting dirty. This one almost seems more like a display piece.
