He forgot the BEST PART! You can't pick green because once your RPMs get high enough to not be economic the colour will change. I know this is how the manuals work. So unless this is a first year base model HRV in North America I doubt its manual. (Worked at Honda when these came out)

If you have button start, you can recreate this by pushing the ignition once without your foot on accelerator.

You can do this by unlocking the car with your remote and then pressing the stick (as shown in this short clip) to cycle through th colours. No need to insert the key.
