SPEAKER PELOSI BREAKS HER SILENCE #shorts

In a sit down with @CNN's Anderson Cooper, Speaker Nancy Pelosi recounts the moment she learned her husband, Paul, was attacked with a hammer in their San Francisco home. It's the first time she's spoken since the attack. Paul Pelosi is now out of the hospital, but had surgery to repair a skull fracture, as well as injuries to his hands and right arm.

A number of far right figures, Donald Trump Jr and Elon Musk have all floated groundless conspiracy theories suggesting that he knew his attacker and it was connected to something other than MAGA ideology, or attacks on his wife the Speaker of the House who is third in line to the presidency.

CNN reports that Pelosi said that the attack on Paul will impact her political future.

They say there was no camera or that they were not working because we would all know what happened. Most likely the two men knew each other, they had some kind of personal relationship and that one tried to hammer the other, but with the wrong head.
