Penn Badgley jokes about his lack of dialogue in the hit Netflix show #You. #PennBadgley

The new season of "You" is streaming on Netflix with a larger cast than ever before, although its star, Penn Badgley, says he barely spoke to his co-stars in scenes. Much of the series has Badgley's character, Joe Goldberg, an obsessive serial killer with a penchant for stalking, narrating the scenes.

"I think I was with them, but didn't interact with them very much. Like it's shocking how much they talk at me, but I'm just like, just staring at them, thinking,” said Badgley.

It was so noticeable how people talk at Joe, and he just stares.

Most of his memorable dialogue is where he’s screaming at someone and losing it everything else is narration.

For real, and people still get so enticed by him it’s crazy. It’s something I noticed from watching Swarm yesterday. Dre barely speaks or responds to people but they get so enticed by her and are like “I love your entire vibe and energy”.

It was actually one of thee cool things about Joe how he analyses or fauns or shuns everything spoken to him and is a a great trait of a psychopath i feel because a genuine kind person most often is impulsive in answering and might overshare or react immediately ❤

Even though Joe doesn't have much dialogue, we all remember his voice well cos Joe narrates the story from his perspective throughout the show.
