First electronic digital computer was ENAIC (1946) and ist gen. purpose electronic computer was UNIVAC (1951). BOTH were invented by J. Eckert and J. Mauchly (Americans).
Though J.V. Attansoff and Berry (who died before it's completion) built ABC (1939) but they never patented it until 1971 conflict, which they won in court.
Note: If you see J.V. Attansoff in options mark it correct right there without caring about Eckert and Mauchly. But if Attansoff is not in options you can go with Eckert and Mauchly.
