Hi Folks

As I swing the weight of my club head I know that all the muscles inside my body can either contract or relax.

There are actually 11 points located on my body plus the ground reaction that requires an Action/Reaction Golf swing. They are in pairs of 2
Pair one is active lead shoulder/ reactive trail shoulders
Pair Two is active lead elbow/ reactive trail elbow
Pair Three is active lead hip/ reactive trail hip
Pair Four is active lead knee/ reactive trail knees
Pair Five is active lead foot pressure on ground/ reactive trail
Pair Six is actively reversing the direction of the weight of my club head using my lead side shoulder muscle to activate the entire reaction of my trail side for the downswing

This being said theoretically for my backswing as well as my downswing and with the swing circle center of the head of my club being at my trail shoulder all I need to do is consciously apply equal action on my entire lead side of my body for backswing and my downswing and then simply allow the trail side of my body along with the ground to be the reaction force behind my downswing.

My timing and tempo was great of the first swing; but sloppy not so great on the other swings.

That’s it! Action/Reaction happening at the exact same time just as Sir Issac Newton teaches us. More to come later. Cheers

Agree . But you have to turn the handle at the beginning of the transition. So it reacts from going forward too soon . Think a pitching machine shooting a ball in the middle with 2 gears going the opposite direction
