How to create a standalone follower using Racemenu 3

Great Video but it seems as though 3 critical steps are left out...after several hours of working with this guide i was having trouble getting the head to match the body. The things i did to resolve this are:

1. Under Head Parts similar to the Hair, Hairline, Eyes and Brows you need to create a Head and apply the head texture to it and add this to the Character Gen Parts tab of the Actor creation window.
2. When creating the follower ensure that you enter the RGB values of your Skin Tone in the Character Gen Parts tab. Take a screenshot of the values when your in Racemenu and have the skin tone open. Also you might need to make sure that the A value is at 255 to ensure perfect matching. (Havent tested that part but its what i did)
3. Take the Facetint File from your Racemenu Export and replace the one exported by the CK.

Doing these 3 steps made my face and body match perfectly and without doing step 1 your Follower wont be using your custom skin for head so it really isnt a true standalone. Furthermore adding Teeth to this would make it even better, ill be doing that from now on as well.

As to the head parts mentioned in another post here - been a total 0 in modding I understood it by the middle of the video.
This is the best tutorial I have seen!!!
At the end of the video not only I managed to port a mod I was dieing to get in my SE, but I learned to manage races.

Billions of thanks to you! I just wanted to turn my character into a follower and turned out it's impossible to make it easy way with the amount of the mods I have. So I spent a whole day trying to make that crap work without returning me a gray-faced character with some default hair. And then I ran into your video and I did it from the first attempt. Still trying to understand where I messed up. Got the grey head. But i wanna thank you for going over the process in detail. Seen so many videos on how to make LE followers. This was the only one that showed me the process. While not perfect. It's still worth watching. Just read the comments after. Sure most answers are there just too tired atm.

I just want to say thank you fir the awesome video! I was able to successfully able to make a follower! Sadly I couldn't get the armor I wanted from a mod or make them follow me but for the most part that can be fixed with console commands and I can always give them the armor I want them to have. Thank you for the video
