Sir one question. If someone completes 6 years in gds and he given exam for PA and mts/postman.. it he not selected for PA but he selected and join mts/postman then can he again give exam for PA nest recruitment without completing 8 year including that mts/postman plus gds???

As per departmental notification AP circle gives 2022 mts has 51 vacancies. but the postal directorate gives 331unfilled vacancies to fill this financial year 2022.
The remaining vacant post are filled this notification or not?
when will you revised the 2022 departmental notification ?
if in case the vacant post are filled with direct recruitment, when wii you give the fresh notification for 2022?
