As a person from Hawaii, I appreciate your pronunciation and the fact that you said it with the right amount of speed. Btw, I kid you not, you can cook the black ones by bundling it up in a wet leaf(banana leaves) and throwing it in an open fire with condiments of choice. The flames will burn off the thick skins and leave the meat nice and moist.

This is exactly why I'm subscribed to you. I love fish and seafood and honestly the more exotic/uncommon, the more I'm interested. I see that this is a relatively older video but still, please keep em coming. An idea for a little series could be different types of fish you can eat raw and how you like to prepare each fish. I love raw fish but only know of a couple different kinds that are safe to eat raw. Being from Michigan, I don't have easy access to ocean fish but we are surrounded by great lakes so a nice series of videos about what freshwater fish are safe to eat raw and how to enhance their flavors would be something I am SUPER interested in since I don't really know a hole lot about fish/seafood aside from the fact that I legit enjoy eating fish raw
