neutrons destabilize heawy atoms i guess... which is how nuclear triggers work and sustain nuclear sync... so what does that mean... they destabilize atoms integrity of the atoms they trapped ..which will cause heawy atoms to turn unstable...aka radioactive...

This is completely false. Hydrogen atoms are about 10, 000 times larger than a neutron. It is on fact the mass of the hydrogen is very similar to that of a neutron not the physical "size".
