Question, I have this and it is supposed to allow me to use the app when im away for work, but it wont connect unless im on the same wifi as the camera and monitor. How do you get the "access anywhere" feature set up? Vtech are NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

Why does mine not do this? It just loads and says failed to connect. I've restarted the router. It's 2.4. the camera is literally 20 feet from the router

Camera feed wifi signals unable to locate wep keys... this is security issue. Their service doesnt connect. Returning.

How do you even get to that setting to begin

when i click "configure WIFI" i get the error message "baby unit not found"
