What if the pain you're going through was exactly what you needed? #growth #mastery #entrepreneur.

Here's the truth:

Pain is not bad.
Pain is a part of life.
Pain focuses, compels us to be present.
Pain interrupts our daydream and wakes us up.

Pain teaches us, reminds us, plunges us to right here, right now.

But suffering?

Suffering is the avoidance of pain.
Suffering is the inability to deal with pain.
Suffering is seeking everything to not experience pain.
Suffering is running away, masking and sedating pain.

So, what do we do with this?

We practice:

We lean in to pain.
We lean into adversity.
We lean into challenges.
We lean into what’s hard.

And on the other side, we find ourselves:

Our resilience.
Our fortitude.
Our connection.
Our personal power.
Our deep rooted confidence.
Our inner knowing beyond knowing.

As the brilliant David Kekich once said:

“Life's easy when you live it the hard way... and hard if you try to live it the easy way.”

Thank you for that wonderful inspiration! I definitely can relate with that! Making the choice to either dwell in it or rise above it! I think that's where we fail alot in we just say to ourselves well if those are my choices I won't make any and then that's where the trouble begins to take place because I refused to take action one way or another. Neither is bad only when we lay stagnant things begin to creep back in heavier then the last time. I'm learning I do believe each moment we walk thru life we are making choices whether we realize it or not. If we could only stop like you said and look at it from a nonjudgmental place we truly would have our break through thanks so much for sharing and helping me to progress in my own walk through this time in history where nothing is impossible it only seems that way at that given moment when we take a leap of faith in the good direction that we will benefit the most from.
