im a 49 year old man who has spent 17 years in prison, in and out, life bid on the installment plan, and close to 30 years as an active drug addict. I'm coming up on 6 years clean and i just wanted to tell you guys how much of an inspiration you all are!! your passion and drive is an inspiration to many, but for me it just shows me that i can reach my goals if i persevere and NEVER give up. Being clean and sober has opened up a whole new world to me and I've been doing things now i only dreamed of as a kid. Even just simple things like spending a weekend in a tent out in the woods with my girlfriend. I started getting high at 14 so between drugs and prison i knew NOTHING of life. And I CAN'T WAIT to see more of it!! So thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me that SEEKING DISCOMFORT can be a GLORIOUS thing!! i love you guys!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

I am 75years old, I only recently found your you tube channel, and yes I have subscribed. I’m amazed at your enthusiasm and your love of adventure. Back in my day I never had the opportunity to do anything like this. Most of all I love your view of life and your willingness to engage with others, regardless of who or what or where they come from, this gives me hope for a better future for our world and humanity. In the mean time I look forward to sharing more of your adventures. Good luck for the future. Sandra x

Fast Forward 2000 years and imagine an archeologist discovering this place and making up theories about the strange society that has been living there, a society of kings and queens and their weird style of living :D

These castles with the snow look magical! This is like Elsa's vacation home.

It would’ve been so much prettier if each castle was unique and had a little more specs in between eachother. Them all looking exactly the same defeats the purpose of it being luxurious

What's disappointing is the amount of people in the world without a home and we are leaving places like this abandoned.

As an electrician the most surprising fact to me is that the electrical wires haven't been looted there should be close to 200K in copper in all those houses combined.

I am a 65-year-old disabled American living in MA who was so impressed with the 1st video of yours I watched of the Dubai island creations that I thought I'd seek you out for more and found this and now I'm a subscriber so just keep them coming you're great. I have to admit though, that I'm kinda jealous and would love to be in your shoes but seeing how I can't ever live vicariously thru you watching your wonderful work! Thanks again

It sucks how much materials and work went into litterally nothing. Not a single resident for the work.

That's a movie set for a series waiting to happen - sci-fi, twisted, and magical. I can almost feel it.

The fact that everything was cover in snow made it more magical

This happened today - I had a job interview this morning and while speaking with the interviewer, YT came up as hobbies and he asked me which my favorite channel was. I mentioned "Yes Theory" and we ended up speaking about you guys and about the idea of seeking discomfort, for like 15 mins. Love you guys! You guys are an inspiration!

They may have been able to make something out of that venture if the builders hadn’t built all the homes at one time. If they had finished a small section at a time and actually completed each one, allowing people to move in. Then start the next area. It just seems so silly to me to do so much work on so many homes without knowing that they were not sold. Very poor planning on someone’s part.

owning a castle isn‘t that cool if all of your neighbors also owning a castle.

Whoever built this grew up playing Age of Empires every day.

I think everytime you guys meet up with someone of the yes fam, they get such a big boost in confidence and seeking discomfort that they become their own little „yes theory“. I think it’s the best way to reach as many people as possible

"Proud of my friend...." was the VERY BEST part of this video. That commitment to loving another person is what we should all practice!

If they add multiple transport links, shops, bars and make it tourist focused/friendly. Visitors can rent their own castle. This place would be lit
