For a start it's a really cheap bit of kit, shiny silver tape around the edges for instance and air bubbles in it! Plastic of the heads especially is really bad. Head cover doesn't 'line' up. Second it is just an hair trimmer exactly like you get on your average electric shaver. Lastly 'painless' it sure isn't - OK on legs but don't go too high up! nicked me several times - it's in the bin!
