Stand Strong in the Fight!

When someone takes a stand in their own strength, it is bound to fail. In this sermon, Gary Wilkerson talks about what it means to stand in the power of the Holy Spirit and reminds listeners that choosing to pray always is not as simple as it seems. Drawing from Ephesians 6:18 and other passages, Wilkerson encourages us to pray at all times in order to combat the attacks of the enemy.

About Gary Wilkerson Gary Wilkerson is the President of World Challenge, an international mission organization that was founded by his father, David Wilkerson. He is also the Founding Pastor of The Springs Church, which he launched in 2009 with a handful of people and the church has rapidly grown by God's grace. He has traveled nationally and internationally at conferences and conducted mission ventures such as church planting, starting orphanages, clinics, feeding programs among the poorest of the poor and the most unreached people of the earth. Gary and his wife Kelly have four children and live in Colorado Springs, CO.

Today, World Challenge Inc. shares the message of the gospel through mission outreaches and literature distribution. Sermons from David Wilkerson and his son Gary are shared monthly through the Pulpit Series newsletter to hundreds of thousands of people. The numerous mission outreaches of World Challenge to the poor include orphanages, overseas widows’ fund, emergency/disaster relief, healthcare/clinics, community development and feeding centers. Gary Wilkerson became president of World Challenge in 2010 and moves forward with the same heart and vision as his father.

I can tell you this to be true, I'm no fool the damage Satan had done in my life was and I us the word was past tense, unspeakable violent visious designed to utterly destroy me, but guess what I'm experiencing more healing more love from my Father comfort and He's showing me plans for my renewed ministry that's just blowing my mind, gratitude? I have no words to express my love and total devotion to Jesus, I'm weeks away from hitting the streets again as an evangelist and I'm loaded for bear and filled with the love power and anointing of Jesus Christ.
