This is actually normal here in the Philippines, the only difference is that Marcelito's voice is beyond amazing. This type of singing is called "Doble Kara" where a singer performs a duet of a man and a woman by himself. This is usually done in singing contests in small villages all over the Philippines during fiestas.

Marcelito Pomoy was homeless and is self taught. He goes from opera to pop voice, from male to female vocal registers. Absolutely amazing. He has a breath control and support that's awesome, he doesn't strain with none of the notes and there are low and high notes in both male and female registers he switches back and forth that are hard to hit pitch perfectly as he does. What a technique and talent.
