In the concluding episode of A Hawker’s Journey, Adam Shah meets with Carmal from Mad Bros SG, who left the finance industry to become a hawker selling halal ramen through NEA’s Incubation Stall Programme. He even went for a training stint in Japan to perfect his ramen stock!

We also hear from Muhaimin from O’Braim Express who has put his own spin on some of our favourite Malay traditional snacks, and engages in some not-so-conventional ways of promoting his food.
