There are a number of reasons as to why you might receive
the error code (0xc00007b) while running an application on a Windows (32 bit or 64 bit x64) machine.
The error 0xc00007 Most frequently happens with these games (Windows xp/7/8/8.1/10 64bit):
•Assassins Creed IV Black Flag 0xc000007b Error ( AC4BFSP.exe )
•GTA error 0xc000007b code
•Diablo 3 ( Diablo III.exe )
0xc000007b error usually comes from mixing up a 32-bit environment with a 64-bit one.
This is a very common error that sometimes occurs when trying to run some DirectX games or applications.
this error code 0xc000007b in windows appear while accessing some application.
Actually this 0xc000007b error is basically due to Microsoft Visual C++, Direct X and .NET Framework issue but it doesn’t mean that it is due to these issues only.
This can easily be repaired by re-installing the latest .NET framework.
Alternatively, Run chkdsk by opening cmd (search for it or select run in the start menu).
In the window type "chkdsk c: /f /r". If it is the primary windows disk, it will ask you to schedule it for next boot.

Don`t bother just reinstall ur windows and put win 7 ultimate on win 10 some games wont work at all and thers no fix for it untill u install a full version off win 10, so better u run win 7 then 10, when full version comes out then try it
