Creations more or less exactly. A machine who count the time is more technological as a simple one. That watch is really pretty. Have a good day mate.

I have watched several videos in which Evolution is offered, de facto, as the trumping argument over the Design Argument. However, Evolution, based on empirical evidence, is not 'more than a theory', for example, genetic research is showing how we are losing gene information in process not gaining any therefore runs counter to Neo-Darminism natural selection (classical Darwinism being insufficient, another point these videos don't distinguish but which they present e.g. offering 'Darwin's' evolution as a replacement for Paley' argument has itself since been replaced by several forms of Neo-Darwinism, and the latter forms are questionable based on current scientific evidence - indeed Paley' argument is still plausible until Neo-Darwinists 'prove' beyond the theoretical).

This is a terrible argument. One it’s a false analogy just because two objects share one thing in common doesn’t mean you can just assume that they have other things in common. Furthermore we have several examples of people actually making watches we have 0 examples of a god or gods creating Jack shit.
