I mean it is in the name, it is in the design and it is in all the variants, this the C-130 in space, but does that mean it is any good?

As always if you have any feedback/opinions/ideas leave it down below, but keep it polite.

Disclosure: I been a backer of Star Citizen since the Original Kickstarter days and I am also part of the Volunteer team that helps out at events in my case I have been at Gamescom for 3 years and at Citizen con in 2017 as a part of that team.

Nice Video Carde!

In my opinion the A-2 will be very useful when we will raid Vanduul moons or planets for missions.
How you sayed in the video: strong shields, strong armor. This is very handy and the Starlifter is sexy like hell btw.
and MOABs !!! :)

The C-2 is a good Dailydriver with enough space to make money and other things. For 1-2 people or 1+KI it will be a good ship.
The M-2 for 100 bucks more is ...i dont know, a middle thing of the 3 i would say.

Video was well put together, I just have some counterpoints. Everyone seems to be rushing to compare the Starlifters to cargo ships. I would not do that, as a matter of fact; these are Military transport ships. With the A2 being a completely different animal all together, it's just using the best base frame for the job it's being designed to do. IMO the M2 is the what the "standard" Starlifter is, while the C2 is a civilian version with smaller components and less armor, like the Taurus is for the Andromeda. As for the A2 it's a gunship that can carry a ton of cargo (for a gunship), is long range because it's also a transport ship and is an apex predator in atmosphere because that's what it was built to be. There's nothing else in the game like it. Comparing it to the Hammerhead makes no sense at all; the Hammerhead has very little cargo space, is not long range and will not do well in atmosphere, because it wasn't designed to do that. It does have a shit ton of guns all attached to manned turrets and will most likely wreck fighters in space. Why would anyone compare the two, because of the price; well compare a $200 Vulcan to a $180 Super Hornet or a $140 Freelancer max and a $145 Razor. Doesn't make sense right, two completely different ships for completely different jobs. Trying to use one to do the others' job would be like using a hammer as a power drill and vice versa. Sure you can try it but it wouldn't be a god idea and you'll probably end up breaking something.
