I had to reset mine 5 times as I was getting an error message of left pen in the chute has error, but it finally worked

I will never ever buy an HP printer again in my life and next life.
HP printer and their printheads are low quality. If you buy an HP printer, you should be prepared to buy new print head every week. That's how its quality is.
