ZILLOW? The worst realtors; only good at doing just about nothing. I’ve used Zillow about two years and I would never buy it as a stock. Good thing the app is free. I sold my Apple stock. Why? Because I own an expensive MacBook Pro, 3 iPads over the years, two iPhones, Apple TV, and a Nano. Apples products are full of marketing hype and just work mediocre; their service is terrible. Chinese EVs not on pare w/ Tesla? Those Tesla cars that were finally produced by the China plant were mostly sold and shipped to Europe; unless they drop their price, Tesla is not competitive in China and the Chinese have become fiercely nationalistic. Tesla has huge headwind for Chinese sales and there are other non-Chinese EV names rising there. To avoid the risks in China, one can buy ETFs with Asian presence. These contain Chinese stocks sold over Asian markets. Those managers will migrate stocks like BABA as a Chinese stocks symbol when those become available. This new harassment by the Americans has motivated China to do what it wants; to have its own markets. There is lots and lots of investing interests that are still very eager to invest in China as they continue to grow as a global power. This year the New Silk Highway generated 1.4 trillion dollars.
