With the latest generation of the high-performance deep-hole drill in the HPC range, precise deep-hole drilling can be carried out even in challenging clamping situations. The GARANT solid carbide HPC deep-hole drill in 1.0570 / S355J2G2 achieves the best results when clamped on a GARANT ZeroClamp clamping plate and two GARANT Xpent 5-axis vices.
Pre-drilling was carried out with a GARANT solid carbide HPC pilot-hole drill to ensure process reliability when using the deep-hole drill.
