Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf | Easy Meat Loaf | John Eats Cheap

An easy meatloaf packed with flavor and ready for your weeknight meal.

Cheeseburger Meat Loaf

Mix together:
2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/3 pound chopped cooked bacon
1 egg
1 cup cup shredded cheese
1/8 bread crumbs or Parmesan

-Mix thoroughly
-Put in loaf pan
-Bake 400° for 55-minutes
-Drain fat, top with ketchup & mustard mixture, bake another 10-minutes

That looks good, except for the pickles. I'd have kosher dill chips on the side tho. That's how I eat burgers, with a small mountain of pickles on the side. I don't like my pickles warmed up. Before the pandemic, any burger place with a fixins bar was my fave place to go. Roy Roger's, DQ and Fuddruckers were the best. But even as a little girl, on the very rare, once a year trips to McD's, I always asked for a cheeseburgern with a cup of extra pickles on the side. Other than the pickles, ill definitely be trying this, thanks!
