Ngl I genuinely think Barry is potentially faster than Wally bc of his feats, Barry (pre flashpoint) broke the sound barrier when first putting on the suit in show case also in his 2nd issue ever Barry was moving at light speed but it was always a struggle for Wally to even get that fast and he also had his powers since he was 10 and wasn’t moving faster than light till he was about 21 or 22 especially in Wally’s early years as the flash he was incredibly slow and was barely reaching the speed of sound but when he finally let go he got faster, with Wally his speed was always a process but his knowledge of the speed force made him faster and he grew a strong connection to it but Barry (post flash point) didn’t even have his powers for a full week and he just straight up break the time barrier basically meaning he was moving at the speed of light and I feel like if writers focused more on the power aspect of Barry he would definitely be the most powerful and fastest speedster of existence
