Mark Robinson won't sue because it would be easy to prove he posted the comments via the IP address captured when those comments were posted, versus the IP addresses of all his other social media and email posts.

For once I agree with Miss Graham. Let him sue CNN and then CNN can file a counter suit for defamation. But I seriously doubt Robertson would do nothing but prove the allegations true since this isn't the first time it has been hinted at.

Robinson won't defend himself because the allegations are true. These allegations cause irreparable harm to his image and are career ending. If they were false, a normal person would be outraged, forcefully defend themself and offensively go after CNN with defamation lawsuits. Yet Robinson doesn't want a spotlight on the truth of his past behavior.
