M20 grade concrete ratio
1:1.5:3 C:S:A
Total parts = 1+1.5+3=5.5
C= 1/5.5x 1.54= 0.28cum
S=1.5/5.5x1.54= 0.42cum
A=3/5.5x1.5= 0.84cum

Considering 1:1.5:3 ration is by Volume;
*You said Air Voids and Volume shall in crease by 54%*
But if fine cement and water take up space of Air Voids (means Cement and water fill up the Void Spaces), then Volume must DECREASE
Why you said Volume will INCREASE??
Please explain

I understand the one, two, three mixture. depending on the size of aggragate the three is subject to be more or less. I mean one using 3/8th vs 3/4 would need twice the amount, thus the three would be six. The process of doing an exposed aggragate of 3//8th is considerably slower process than using a total mixture of one, two, six. In either case make sure the aggragate has been cleaned until the water runs clear.

From where you got these formulas for weight calculation of cement, sand, aggregate?

All aggregates were multiplied by 0.28m3. Am I correct to say Quantity of cement = ration(1) x 0.28 =0.28m3, Since you multiplied sand(1.5) and stone(3) by 0.28?
