Im a sophmore defensive lineman, roughly 5'8. I've always been able to bullrush before but am now facing people bigger than me and i suffer with trying to learn the intricate moves like rip and spin, is there any way i can work on this outside of practice?

I believe this might be Ballard's do or die year. This team if healthy will be an opposing team's QB's nightmare. Same with the offense. It all looks good on paper but we all know how that sometimes works out.
