Hey there. I am so very happy I came across this YT video! I've been reading information and watching videos to educate myself on how to dry herbs in my new dehydrator. Thank you so much for a sensible video! No fancy, dancy stuff...just good common sense and straight to the point! I have a bunch of herbs from my garden that I need to dehydrate. I also watched your strawberry jam without pectin video and loved it, too. So I'm a new subscriber and am so excited to watch your videos. Love your personality! Again...thanks!

Great tip about temperature. Thank you :-)
If I may add a tiny tip; lettuce spinner is very useful in getting rid of excess water off most herbs. For tiny ones, I line the salad spinner with paper towel.

Just dried and processed my cheese pumpkin for a small jar of powder. Thanks so much for these informative videos!

That's some gorgeous dried parsley -- much better than some of the greyish dead-looking stuff I've encountered. TFS!

Great video. The only thing I disagree with is crumbling them before storing them. You should keep herbs whole leaf till you actually use them. That way they retain most of their aroma.

Yeah! I am first, Great video thank you. I have dried some of my Mint and Rosemary in paper bags, in the airing cupboard this year. I don't have a Dehydrator yet.

OK! You've convinced me! I'm getting a dehydrator. (I have a lovely oregano and it produces so much year round.) Thank you!!!
