Reaganomics & How Clinton Ruined Everything

Neoliberalism is the post-industrial version of liberalism. Though where liberalism called for minimal central authority in the economy and strong property rights, neo-liberalism called for economic deregulation and strong property rights. It also called for global free trade and freedom of choice for consumers and investors alike.

And then Bill Clinton came in and ruin everything.

I still don't like Reagan for fighting in the war on drugs, and being on the side of drugs

Though Clinton did not do it alone, as Reagan indeed did put the idea forwards at first, not to mention that in the 1990s, the Congress was controlled by Republicans, and removing the Glass-Steagal act was also done by the republican-controlled congress. Actually republicans had the majority in Congress all the way from 1994 until 2006.

It's just that this video seems to be very personal towards Clinton (and his party), while in reality Clinton was similar to Tony Blair of the UK, with neoliberal policies their predecessors started.

One thing that Reagan did that was terrible was make the news media more partisan as before then it was much more tame and and showed the policies of both parties instead of loving one and demonizing the other.

Video maker attributes liberalism, or neo-liberalism? e.e to the economic rise of Japan. Only someone who hasn't read even the most cursory of information about the economic history of Japan could be so incorrect.
