Students who got a seat in 1-4th round they freezed their seat and paid the fees do they need to pay 5000 again if they want to sit for spot round?

Mam jinko 1st to 4th kisi bhi round m seat na mili ho or spot round mein bhi koi seat na mile toh kya fees refund hogi???
