Private economists say inflation measures are manipulated by the government. Earlier this year Private sector economists estimated inflation to be 20%. I live on Social Security and the government now delays my deposit such that hundreds of dollars of my bills defaults depending on when the deposit is made. Without food stamps I could not buy food.
